Before Ordering

Most returns are due to the appliance not fitting in the space chosen. Please make sure you check the dimensions of your space and the appliance chosen before you place your order. If you have any questions about the dimensions of any appliance, please call us tolll free at 877-876-3550 before placing your order. Not only should you measure the area where the appliance will be placed, you should also measure any door openings, stairways, and hallways that the appliance will have to fit through. Make sure that you have the necessary electric outlet as well.

Exchanges and Refunds

Jack's Appliance will make exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if not already shipped or ordered from the manufacturer. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To cancel the order, please call us. In case of order cancellation while merchandise is in transit, the customer must pay all applicable fees and freight charges, and the merchandise must be returned to Jack's Appliance in its original condition.
  • Returns or exchanges can be made within 15 days of receiving the product. Returned or exchanged product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned products must be in original condition (not used, not installed, and not damaged with all original packaging material included). Prior to returning the product, the customer must call us for a return authorization. Any return without a return authorization will be refused. All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product is paid by the customer.

    Damages

    We do not want you to pay for damaged merchandise. In order to avoid having to pay for damaged merchandise, we urge you to immediately inspect your merchandise before signing for delivery. While the driver is there and you have not yet signed for the delivery, open the boxes and inspect the merchandise. Should any merchandise be damaged, refuse the damaged items and call us immediately. Should you choose to accept the merchandise without inspecting it, you are agreeing to involve yourself in a lengthy investigation ranging from 30 - 90 days without any guarantee of having merchandise replaced or receiving your money back. For smaller purchases such as appliance accessories, parts, cooktops, small range hoods, etc., merchandise may sometimes be left without recieving your signature. In such cases any damage claims must be reported to us within 72 hours of the time the merchandise was delivered. Any claims made after 72 hours will not be honored.

    Warranties

    Jack's Appliance is an authorized dealer for many manufacturers. Warranties are backed by the manufacturer. In the event that you need warranty service, please contact the manufacturer.
